Toshiba PA5024U-1BRS Battery
The battery that I ordered was promptly shipped and received. The computer that I purchased it for however remains in poor repair and I will not be able to use this battery. I have not used this battery, It remains in the sealed bag that it was shipped in.
Is there a procedure whereby I can return this battery for credit?
