Dewalt DW9071 Battery

Ordered this battery to replace the original for my old 12 volt DeWalt cordless circular saw.Was pleased that the battery arrived so quickly. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit into the DeWalt charger. I emailed this info to the company. They asked only for a photo of the bottom of the charger, told me not to ship it back, and immediately issued a refund. Thank you!
