I used the products but due to my motherboard being
unusable I could not apply to my laptop..so I have no real
details except for my short trial with the products and the companies help in my situation...Unfortunately I have to send them back but it is nothing to do with the product and as far as I can see both items would have been perfect if my computer only worked
