HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-N018US Charger
I ordered a charging cord for my daughter and later that day she told me she had found her cord the day before. Even though I had received a confirmation email that my order was being processed I thought I would give it a try to cancel it. I emailed them at 9 PM and within an hour I received an email back saying my order was canceled and my credit card was not charged. I've called customer service at other places 15 minutes after placing an order and had a harder time canceling. I emailed them back and said I was very grateful that they can cancel my order so late in the evening. I will definitely buy from them next time I need a similar item.
