Dell Vostro 1400 Charger
I received a laptop power adapter without the wall cord connection. Upon informing the vendor, I was sent the missing cord promptly via 2nd day air. I cannot be more pleased with the customer service response.
The power adapter is not OEM, but the replacement is excellent and runs cool (no hint of heat. Very pleased with the quality.
