How to Return


Return is easy and simple here at nextdaypower.com. Just a few steps that need your help before sending back to us:


  • Contact Us: Please send an email to return@nextdaypower.com with your order number and details of the issue you are experiencing with your item. We will issue a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number for you, without this number our warehouse cannot recognize your return package.

  • Within 30 days from the purchase date: If the item is defective on arrival or any mistakes we make, you are able to return the item for exchange or full refund. If the mistake is not from us, a small restocking fee (up to 10% of product pricing) may apply and the shipping charge may not be refundable.

  • After 30 days and during product warranty period: Please let us know the problem details. We will try our best to help you to solve the problem; otherwise we will exchange a new one for you.

  • Return: Please help us to make sure the product you return is in the original packaging (all the accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included in the product are intact) and the merchandise is in the same condition and will not affect our secondary sale.
